Write the Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee
The Citizens’ Stamp Advisory Committee is appointed by the Postmaster General and is tasked with reviewing all postage stamp proposals. Each year it recommends a mix of 25-30 stamp topics that are educational and interesting. Interest of the general public is one of the factors considered in stamp selections.
